This has been a very busy day. To top it off I have finally caught my husband’s awful sore throat. It’s times like these when I ESPECIALLY love my menu plan, so I don’t have to think too much. Feel free to download it and use the ideas for your own menu plan!
 


Some of Life’s Sweet Treats

Tonight’s menu includes a delicacy… Fingerling Potatoes. So simple and so delicious!
Boil until fork tender, drain, toss with butter and chives and freshly cracked black pepper.
We are also having a vegetarian “meatloaf” and steamed asparagus with lemon. Oh, and thyme and olive oil focacia bread!
